A blank wall can become much more than a surface to paint. A custom mural can turn an ordinary room, storefront, or commercial space into something distinctive and personal. Artist Painters brings an artistic approach to professional painting in Chicago, offering custom murals alongside interior and exterior painting, cabinetry, furnishings, and built-ins.
This guide explores what to consider when planning a custom mural, from choosing a style and preparing the space to selecting an experienced Chicago mural painter.
Start With the Purpose of Your Custom Mural
Before choosing colours or sketching out a design, think about what you want the mural to accomplish.
A residential mural can add a personal touch to a bedroom, living area, dining room, or other part of the home. A commercial mural can create a distinctive atmosphere and give customers or visitors something memorable to experience.
